AMERICA IS ISRAEL'S ENEMY,        E. Narrett    February 04, 2005

It's painful to write those words; more painful to know that they are true. The author is a born and bred American patriot - scholar who keenly appreciates the singular habits of decency, graciousness, volunteerism, and prosperity built into American life by its values embodied in founding institutions and mediating social organizations. Above all these have included measures to insure the accountability of those who govern to those in whose name and by whose informed consent they govern, -- or are supposed to govern. Alas, this kind of accountability not only has been steadily, increasingly eroded in America for a century, it is precisely the accountability the Executive Branch of American government intends to destroy, indeed, has largely destroyed, in Israel.

America's founders understood that ancient Israel was a paradigm for limiting the powers and prescribing the duties of the human sovereign because the true Sovereign was, is, and always will be G-d Almighty. They knew and most of them acknowledged, often passionately that it is, or should be in Israel that His specific and full sovereignty be honored and respected, by all the inhabitants of earth. The sixth president, John Quincy Adams wrote in the 1820’s that he “longed to see an army of Jews marching into Judea to re-establish the ancient monarchy of David.”

It is an irony of tragic, self-destructive magnitude that America, which cast itself as a new Israel, a Christian but non-denominational blessed land has been usurped by elites who, with their subordinate bureaucracies, have destroyed many of the limitations on the size, powers, and accountability of its rulers that have sustained the greatness of the American character and the generosity, prosperity and good nature of its society. Those who have worked and still are working at this destruction are not only inimical to America's tradition of ordered liberty but also profoundly hostile to Judaism, "the freedom to serve God" of the people who were the main culture-shapers of this unique nation and who established the idea that freedom depends on service and on acknowledgement of man’s mixed nature: contingent and limited but ennobled by being made in likeness of the creator, “crowned with soul and splendor” and thus capable of free will and responsible for his or her actions.

By destroying its foundational principles, political, social and religious, America, or rather the perpetual executive-bureaucratic establishment that rules it America contrary to its origins, has taken the place of the rulers of England who were once (19th century till 1919) uniquely supportive and friendly to Jews and then, once they had the Land of Israel under their power, became uniquely hostile to the restoration of Israel and that means to true Judaism which mandates settlement of Jews on their God-given land; not some of it, all of it. The White House, Beit HaLaban, the evil uncle, has replaced its manipulator, #10 Downing Street as the primary OYEV of Judaism and the Jewish people. “They have consumed Jacob, and desolated his pleasant habitation.”

Without America, "Israel's best friend" to push and ceaselessly promote the "peace process," -- arming, entitling and empowering its 'moderate Arab allies" there would be no significant rationalization for surrendering the land to the murderers of Jews, nor would the Arabs expect this to happen. Without American 'promises' to "monitor, "manage," guarantee and "insure" the process, the Emperor's nakedness would appear almost as shameless as it really is. Perhaps then Israelis would awaken to the extremity of their current plight for it is no less than a slow-motion shoah. Israel: the ‘mountains’ of the world want you gone; destroyed.

Just as the British under Winston Churchill slammed shut the ports of Europe against Jews trying to flee, and murdered or deported all they could of those who managed, somehow, to reach Israel, so America privately and now publicly, too, demands that Jews desist from building homes or towns or roads or anything in most parts of Israel; demands indeed, that Jews get out of these areas, and if they don't leave willingly, America’s government hires stooges to remove them by force. That is the work of a major ENEMY. It is Hitler in slow-motion and without crematoria. But murders and expulsions there must be, says the Uncle, in the name of “peace.” The Bush administration even pledges to pay a pension of $100/month to terrorists that it is compelling its Israeli stooges to release from prison. ‘Murder a Jew, get an American pension.’ America is being destroyed as it destroys Israel: “Those who curse you {Israel] I will curse. Those who afflict you, I will afflict.”

By the way, where now are the public denunciations of the expulsion of Jews in Israel even by such staunch former friends as Senator James Inhofe of Oklahoma or Sam Brownback of Kansas or from Majority House leader Tom DeLay of Texas? Apparently they know when the fix is fully in and have decided to cut their losses and retain some leverage in other matters.......

The fix is fully in: the end of the end game draws nigh for those pushing the New World Secular Order; for those who want the world to be free, --- free of Jews.”

Here's a telling detail on an English correlative and forerunner to America's treachery, Winston Churchill, one of the most duplicitous (or schizophrenic) of last century's "great" men. You can read his speeches or newspaper and magazine articles from 1920 on and the man sounds like one of the foremost, uncompromising Zionists in the world. Read his testimony before the Peel commission in 1936-7 and he sounds one of the clearest and most specific warning voices about what was coming in Europe. "A catastrophe of unprecedented magnitude is hanging over the Jews in Europe, from the white-bearded elders praying in the synagogues to the little children playing in the streets," and so on. And he identified the looming slaughter as coming from Germany. He knew; he clearly knew and explicitly said so.

Yet what did this same lover of Israel and the Jewish people actually do when he had power? This man who clearly understood the implications for Jews of the Nazi’s rise to power? Already in 1920 he unaccountably quizzed and pressured Lord Balfour and Lloyd George about whether Britain actually had promised the Jews a national home in Palestine as he very well knew the Mandate explicitly stipulated. Then, as soon as Balfour and Lloyd George were out of office, Churchill agreed, after consulting with lunatic Jew-hater T. E. Lawrence, to sever the Gilead, all lands east of the Jordan River from the Jewish national home and to ban Jewish settlement there. Churchill crowned these betrayals with the most murderous one of all: when he became PM in 1940 and began making all those memorable speeches, he enforced with full vigor the "White Paper" of 1939 keeping the Jews out of Palestine. That is, as regards the Jewish people, Churchill collaborated with the Germans who were doing England's geo-political work for her, for England's ruling elites already had decided that there was no place for a Jewish state of any size in their world order, and not much place for Jews, either. (They pressured America not to let any Jews escape from Portugal to America, even though the immigration quota for Jews to America was unfilled. And really, amidst the shoah, could not Roosevelt have suspended the quota? No, he would not)....

Here's what Churchill had to say about the "White Paper" which he had, when out of office, denounced so many times. He wrote that although "the White paper is a gross breach of faith [with the Jews] committed by the Chamberlain government" and although "I am sure that the majority of the present [1943] War Cabinet would never agree to any positive endorsement of the White Paper” still, he added in closing, "it runs until it is superseded." That is, in simple English, it remains in effect with no set date for altering or abrogating it. After all, there still were a few million Jews alive in Europe and the British had no intention that they get to Israel.

Yet establishment historians, like Sir Martin Gilbert have built respectable and remunerative careers by emphasizing the philo-Semitic and even Zionist credentials of Churchill, as some people have done for Dubya Bush, and used to do for his stooge, Sharon. G. W. Bush now is helping his State Department and affiliated groups do to Israel what Churchill and the British did; but this time it's may even be uglier because it's being done in the name of "peace" (aka, "the final solution") and by a nation that consciously was founded, as England was not, on the ethical, political, legal, and economic statutes of ancient Israel.

So cast this bit of light on a sordid truth before the light’s again put out. Israel must sever its ties to America, England and the EU before they can use the Arabs to inflict another destruction upon Israel and the Jewish people.
